Building your deal flow funnel.
The deal flow board on your dashboard is a private pipeline. Every evaluation you own and every deal shared with you can be dragged between stages, so you always know what is live, what is waiting on you, and what you passed on.
The five stages
- Sourced — it exists and looks worth a look. No work done yet.
- Reviewing — you have read the evaluation and the evidence layer.
- Diligence — founder calls, references, document requests, discussion room active.
- Committed — you have pledged, in a syndicate or directly.
- Passed — a decision, not a black hole. Keep it here with a note on why.
Moving cards
Drag a card to another column and the position saves instantly. The board is yours alone — nobody else sees where you have placed a deal, including the person who shared it with you.
What each card shows
- The company, the overall score and the verdict.
- For deals you own: the investors it has been shared with and where each one stands — awaiting, viewed, interested, needs more information, not interested.
- For deals shared with you: your own reply status, so you can see what you still owe an answer on.
Working the funnel
- Clear Sourced weekly: everything either moves forward or moves to passed.
- Cap Diligence at what you can genuinely work — a full column is a slow column.
- Use the interest chips on your own cards to chase the investors still marked awaiting.
- Add a private note and interest level to any evaluation from the dashboard list to keep your reasoning with the deal.
